My family is Italian, and every Sunday, my mom and aunts would come together to create a wonderful meal that could feed up to 20 family members and friends. Food is love, and I've learned over the years that many of our best memories are made over a plate of food.

 

Growing up in rural Oklahoma, I took my first job as a cook at a country club in Duncan, not realizing I was stepping onto a lifelong path in the culinary world. Over the years, I honed my skills in the kitchens of some of the top country clubs in Tulsa before making the most important decision of my career: joining the Food Bank of Oklahoma. I transitioned from serving the most fortunate to serving the less fortunate, but my commitment to providing the best meal remained unchanged.

 

From country clubs to food banks and finally to my kitchen table, Yeah Boii! Seasoning has become my go-to for adding flavor to my meals that will have you exclaiming, “Yeah, Boii!” Thank you for your support, and Bon Appétit!
